Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education and training across long-term care and rehabilitation teams.

In this role, you will coordinate orientation, competencies, and ongoing in-service programs to ensure quality care, safety, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with nursing leadership to tailor educational strategies and mentor staff at all levels.

Qualifications
