Job summary

Quality Private Duty Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Specialist. In this role, you'll help shape the future of our workforce by leading orientation, developing engaging educational programs, creating learning resources, and partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure every employee is prepared for success.

This role travels to company offices and training locations across Middle and East Tennessee, collaborates with HR

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Healthcare, Staff Development, Employee Education, Clinical Training, HR, or Organizational Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Orientation program for new employees.
• Coordinate orientation schedules, instructors, and training resources.
• Teach Home Health Aide (HHA) classes.
• Design engaging presentations, manuals, newsletters, videos, job aids, and other educational materials.
• Develop and maintain employee education programs through our Quality Learning & Development initiative.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Partner with Human Resources, Clinical Leadership, Office Directors, and subject matter experts.
• Support company-wide education initiatives and special projects.
• Travel to company offices and training locations throughout Middle and East Tennessee.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
