Regency Hermiston is seeking a staff development coordinator with an RN license to develop and maintain nursing staff competencies. You will report to the director of nursing and assess, plan and implement learning programs, then evaluate outcomes.
You will plan orientation, in-service trainings, maintain records, coordinate health programs and ensure confidentiality. Minimum two years of supervisory healthcare experience and knowledge of MDS/RAP and care planning are required.
