Temporal Technologies is seeking a Staff Developer Success Engineer to be the frontline technical expert for our developer community, helping users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments.

You will troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, optimize performance, and develop automation solutions while collaborating with developers, engineering teams, and product teams to improve reliability and developer experience.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript.
• Experience with deployment and managing medium to large-scale architectures (Kubernetes or Docker).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Minimum of one year in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities
