The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software engineering focused on developer experience and strong proficiency in languages like Java and Python. Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on developer experience, platform tooling, or SDK development.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and automation best practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain developer tools, SDKs, APIs, and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve developer workflows.
• Lead initiatives to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teams.
• Create and maintain high-quality developer documentation and sample code.
• Advocate for developer needs within the organization.
