Bear Mountain Reading has an immediate opening for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist to work in our Long Term Care Facility. Here at Bear Mountain, you are always essential. We are looking for motivated, creative, and passionate employees to join our team and help provide professional nursing care for our family of residents.

Requirements for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP):

• RN in state of Massachusetts in good standing
• Infection Preventionist Certification
• SDC experience preferred

Job Duties for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP):

• Dementia training and policy and procedures
• Conducts the facility new hire orientation process
• Participates in the facility Quality assurance process
• Maintains staff licensure, certification, physicals, and immunization for compliance
• Collecting necessary mandatory education related to fire safety
