Join our team at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Staff Development Coordinator (SDC).

Responsibilities for Staff Development Coordinator (SDC):

1. Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
2. Provide education to existing staff and ensure medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed.
3. Run and assist with employee training and orientation.
4. Assist with admissions when needed, and support the overall flow of the nursing department and units.

Qualifications of Staff Development Coordinator (SDC):

1. Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
2. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in this state.
3. Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator or Infection Preventionist within a healthcare setting.
4. Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
