Qualifications

• 9+ years in product design, with experience maturing a design system at a product company.
• Hands-on with MUI and React-based component libraries, including theming and overrides.
• Portfolio showing token architecture, component libraries, and adoption across teams.
• Fluent in Figma (variables, variants, auto layout) and design-to-code workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and roadmap for the design system.
• Lead foundations, components, tokens, and documentation within MUI/React.
• Collaborate with product designers to evolve components based on feedback.
• Maintain Figma component library synced with production implementation.
• Extend MUI components and tokens to ensure RB branding.
• Develop a token structure for theming, scale, and long-term consistency.
• Ensure high visual polish, motion, and typography across the system.
• Create illustration style, icon system, and imagery guidelines.
