In this position... The Design Industrialization Engineer is responsible for working between engineering and supply chain teams as well as with external suppliers to ensure alignment on requirements, provide critical feedbackon part designs, 2-D drawings, and directly improve specification development procedures for Ford's next generation electric powertrains. The hands‑on leader of this team will identify, attract, and retain the most talented engineers to enable new automotive suppliers, build robust quality plans, and drive for low cost high volume manufacturing processes.

This position is a leadership level 6 and ranges from $127,100-$239,900.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
