Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Design Engineer who blends design and engineering to ship scalable UI and systems. You will work closely with product and engineering to expand and improve the in-house design system, wireframe flows, and implement polished interfaces.

You’ll tackle challenging design problems, influence data model decisions through UI considerations, and consult on bespoke design work for Product Engineers. This role reports to the Design Engineering group.

Responsibilities

• Design and code across UX/UI, considering how UI decisions influence data model and system design.
• Expand and enhance Ashby's in-house design system and components to empower other engineers.
• Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers.
