Qualifications

• Experience of no more than 2 years as a designer or engineer for Junior Design Engineer role.
• 2+ years of continuous experience for Mid & Senior roles, with proficiency in UI/UX and engineering.
• Demonstrated contributions to a design system for Staff Design Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Redesigned the mobile web app based on customer feedback.
• Built flexible components in the design system for consistency across products.
• Improved design for candidate assessment views to enhance scannability.
