The role emphasizes shaping both the UI and its underlying data interactions, requiring practical design sense and strong engineering execution to enable scalable, user‑friendly experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in UI/UX design and engineering with shipping cadence.
• Experience building and improving design systems.
• Ability to ship to hundreds of users with thoughtful UI.

Responsibilities

• Redesign mobile web app by customer research, wireframes, and implementing the design system.
• Build flexible components in the design system for consistent setup wizards.
• Improve information hierarchy and scannability of candidate assessments view.
