About the role

Aircall is seeking a visionary Principal Data Scientist to establish and drive initiatives that leverage applied data science to impact our processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our scientific foundation by leveraging data, advanced ML/AI, and Generative AI techniques to optimize operations across domains such as marketing, fraud prevention, and call quality.

You will lead impactful initiatives like Marketing Mix Modeling and churn prediction, overseeing the entire lifecycle from ideation to production and continuous improvement. You will have the freedom and responsibility to define goals, build and grow a team, and make a significant impact at Aircall.
