Hims & Hers is seeking a senior ML engineer to bridge business strategy and production-ready machine learning in a remote-first environment. You will own the ML lifecycle, design scalable automation, and align data-driven insights with business goals.

You will turn ambiguous questions into technical roadmaps, implement automated ML systems, and deliver measurable impact across production pipelines with a focus on reliability and scale.
