Applied Systems, a long-standing insurtech software provider, seeks a lead data platform engineer to own architecture and end-to-end data lifecycle decisions across ingestion to product and AI.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and executives to align platform choices, drive scalability and observability in the Data Lake across thousands of GCP projects, and shape how data enables our insurance lifecycle solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep data-focused platform work.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture and technical decisions across the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ingestion to consumption by products and AI.
• Improve scalability, reliability, and observability across the Data Lake and more than 4,000 GCP projects.
• Partner with engineering, product, and senior leadership to align teams around sound platform decisions.
