Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing and building large-scale distributed systems with real-time data processing expertise.
• Strong Python, production-grade distributed systems and data processing experience.
• Experience with Flink, Spark Streaming, or equivalent streaming tech.
• Experience with ClickHouse, Druid, or OLAP databases, including query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed data systems powering real-time analytics.
• Lead architecture and evolution of RTAP, improving scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Own platform capabilities end-to-end from architecture to production operations.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards across teams.
• Collaborate with product, infra, security, and platform engineering on strategy.
