The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, shaping data quality, security, and reliability across Pantheon's platform. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, Sales, Ops and Finance, and contribute to a self-service, data-driven culture while

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production data systems with large datasets.
• Strong Python expertise and experience with cloud data warehouses.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor engineers.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, BigQuery, Snowpark for Python, GCP, Airflow, Docker and Terraform.
• Focus on data governance, observability, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural direction for Pantheon's Data Platform.
• Extend data platform to surface insights in product experiences and ML/LLM workloads.
• Maintain core services: Ingest, Curation, Retention as a Service.
• Hands-on development with Snowflake, GCP, Airflow, Docker, Terraform.
• Mentor engineers and drive Engineering excellence and reliability.
