Job summary
Ping Identity is expanding its Data Platform team to govern enterprise AI agents, ensuring secure, scalable deployment across leading platforms. The Staff Engineer will define governance, observability, and integration strategies for AI agents, MCP servers, and enterprise resources, partnering across engineering, security, compliance, and product teams.
The role emphasizes building robust data pipelines, scalable data solutions, and strong collaboration to deliver trusted AI-enabled experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across AI platforms and enterprise resources.
- Prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities, evaluating new frameworks and features.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and governance tools to accelerate delivery with strong code quality.
- Advance Identity Governance capabilities, including lifecycle management and SoD.
- Collaborate with Support and product teams to troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.
- Monitor AI agent performance, usage, and security across platforms.
- Document architecture, governance processes, and engineering best practices.
