Staff Software Engineer on the Data Infrastructure team will build scalable data infrastructure and tooling, collaborating with researchers and engineers to advance data usage across research and production workflows.

You will guide large-scale projects, design techn ical roadmaps, and mentor other engineers while contributing to an engineering culture that values clarity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proven track record designing and implementing software with focus on correctness, robustness, efficiency, and scale.
• Experience handling large codebases and building modular, maintainable software.

Responsibilities

• Guide complex initiatives from requirements to deployment and evaluate dependent technologies with stakeholders.
• Build scalable data infrastructure and shape developer experience for research and production workflows.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and research staff to accelerate team growth and delivery.
