Job summary

Solink is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Data) to join the Data Infrastructure team. You’ll help scale backend data systems handling millions of events daily, mentor engineers, and influence architecture across platforms.

You will work on Node.js, React, and Serverless, collaborating with architects and R&D to deliver scalable, secure data integrations and analytics capabilities. This is a remote role with Canada focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data warehousing tools.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain backend data infrastructure handling high-volume integrations.
• Contribute to frontend and backend using Node.js, React, and Serverless.
• Set architecture direction for data pipeline and integrations platform.
