Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Deep, hands-on Snowflake experience running a production account at scale.
• Strong Terraform experience with Snowflake provider or equivalent.
• CI/CD for data infrastructure and automated tests.
• Security fluency: RBAC design, data masking, access policies, SSO/SCIM.
• Fluency with observability, incident response, on-call for data infra.
• Strong Python for tooling, automation, or services.
• Experience in regulated/audited environments (SOC 2, SOX, GDPR).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to influence across teams with strong writing and speaking.

• Own the Snowflake footprint: accounts, warehouses, roles, databases, and the operating model.
• Design RBAC, data masking, and access policies for multiple units.
• Build and maintain the DevOps pipeline for Snowflake: Terraform, CI/CD, tests, change management.
