Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable marketing data pipelines in Snowflake, Databricks, or similar environments.
• Develop API integrations to bring CRM, marketing automation, and analytics data sources.
• Design canonical datasets and shared data models for marketing entities (accounts, leads, campaigns, spend).
• Engineer ML-ready datasets with features, labels, and training/validation data.
• Lead engineering delivery, mentor engineers, and improve release practices.
