Headway is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to architect and mentor as we scale data infrastructure to power affordable mental healthcare nationwide. You will define architectural standards, drive scalable data models, and partner with data scientists, analysts, and core software teams to ensure trustworthy data for critical decisions.

This hands-on leadership role requires 9+ years in data engineering, expertise with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow and Python, and a track record of delivering large-scale

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow and Python.
• Strong data modeling techniques for production systems.
