Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Staff Data Engineer for Ads Data Engineering to shape how ad data systems connect and scale. You’ll influence technical direction, cross-domain decisions, and partner with senior engineers to drive platform-wide impact.

You will mentor teams, advance AI-enabled data tooling, and ensure data quality and privacy as part of an enterprise data product strategy. This role demands leadership across the Ads org and collaboration with platform partners.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data platforms as products with business outcomes.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and governance.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and coherence across the Ads DE org.
• Resolve cross-domain design decisions and scale approaches.
