Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong professional software engineering background with production-quality systems.
• Strong Python programming and knowledge of APIs, data structures, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with Linux, distributed systems, REST services, databases, SQL, and automation.
• Experience managing parallel or distributed workloads.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving across applications, services, and automation.
• Ability to own complex technical problems from design to deployment, and collaborate across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software for data center chipset and platform test automation.
• Build scalable solutions for test orchestration, job automation, resource management, test execution, monitoring, and results processing.
• Develop robust software and backend services using Python, REST APIs, databases, distributed systems, and modern web technologies.
• Design reusable APIs and automation frameworks enabling integration of new chipsets, workloads, platforms, and test environments.
• Troubleshoot complex problems across software services, automation infrastructure, compute resources, environments, and target platforms.
• Improve performance, reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability of automation systems.
• Collaborate with data center, SoC, software, validation and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor other engineers.
