Splice in the United States is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join our analytics team and drive data-informed decisions across product, marketing, and operations. This remote role reports to cross-functional partners and helps modernize our data stack in an AI-first world.

You will model data, own dashboards, run ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to shape strategic initiatives using Omni, BigQuery, and other tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BI platforms (Omni, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
• Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, ELT vs ETL) and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with product or marketing analytics and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models driving insights.
• XFN Partnerships: Translate questions into actionable metrics across teams.
• Activation & Growth Analytics: Analyze activation funnels and A/B tests.
• Dashboards & Self-Serve: Create dashboards to track KPIs and product health.
• Analytics Infrastructure: Optimize data stack usage and introduce solutions.
• Ad Hoc Insights: Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and teams.
