Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering with significant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience with CNO tools and techniques.
• Proficient in network sockets programming and IP/TCP knowledge.
• Windows/.NET or Unix/Linux development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom software for CNO tools and techniques.
• Create end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools.
• Provide documentation and participate in code and software readiness reviews.
• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python across platforms.
• Lead and participate in technical presentations and reviews.
