• Experience with CNO tools and techniques.
• Experience with packet-level networking, IP/TCP, and application protocols.

• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide software design and development of CNO tools and techniques.
• Design end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.
• Create documentation and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
• Program in languages: C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python; develop Windows or UNIX applications as appropriate.
• Provide/author documentation and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.
