Security First is seeking a Staff Counsel Office Manager to lead the Staff Counsel office operations and manage a legal support team. You will coach staff, partner with attorneys on staffing, and oversee intake, scheduling, and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.

The role involves developing procedures, maintaining standards, and ensuring coverage. Expect a hybrid onsite role with monthly travel to the Ormond Beach office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of administrative office, legal support, or related experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Valid Florida driver's license and any required insurance designations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Staff Counsel office, ensuring priorities and support services run smoothly.
• Manage and develop legal support staff through coaching, training and performance management.
• Partner with attorneys to address staffing needs and allocate resources.
• Oversee case intake, scheduling, calendaring and administrative workflows.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Develop procedures, training materials and operational standards for a high-performing team.
• Monitor workloads and office coverage to support attorneys and business partners.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance and other staff-related administrative tasks.
• Foster a collaborative, professional, customer-focused environment.
• Work onsite regularly under the hybrid model and travel monthly to Ormond Beach.
