Responsibilities include directing litigation, negotiating with opposing counsel, conducting discovery, and preparing for hearings and trials. No prior legal work experience is required; a JD from an ABA-accredited school is preferred.

• Juris Doctorate credentialed.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, direct and resolve collection litigation matters cost-effectively and in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel, conduct discovery, and respond to discovery.
• Prepare and attend hearings and trials; support compliance with laws and regulations.
