Job summary

The Madison-On-Marsh in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (LVN or CNA) to ensure proper staffing levels and adherence to the budgeted PPD. This role includes conducting interviews, reference checks and staff scheduling.

You will lead in-services and clinical education for staff, coordinate onboarding, and maintain attendance records while minimizing overtime. Strong EMR experience and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN or CNA in the applicable state.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience staffing in a 24-hour healthcare setting.
• Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical records systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly nursing schedules posted 6 weeks out.
• Prepare daily sign-in sheets two weeks in advance.
• Conduct initial interviews and reference checks for nursing staff.
• Maintain open positions and applicant tracking logs.
• Coordinate orientation for Nursing staff and EMR training.
• Report staffing patterns to the DON daily and manage attendance.

This position will be responsible for initial interviews, reference checks and staff scheduling.
