The University of North Florida Board of Trustees is seeking a qualified candidate for an on-site role focusing on concrete pavement research in Gainesville, FL. The successful candidate will analyze large datasets related to concrete materials, improving data collection and performance evaluation through emerging technologies.
Responsibilities include data analysis, coordination with the operations team, and experimentation design. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in concrete pavement research and strong communication skills.
Department: Institute of Utility Security and Resilience (IUSR)
Compensation: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually
Location: On‑site in the Pavement Research Unit of the FDOT State Materials Office, Gainesville, FL.
The position reviews and analyzes large datasets related to concrete materials and rigid pavement performance. The role coordinates with operations staff to continuously improve pavement data collection, processing, and analysis through the use of emerging technologies that enhance the quality, reliability, and long‑term value of pavement materials and performance evaluation data.
