The University of North Florida Board of Trustees is seeking a research professional in asphalt pavement. The role focuses on data analysis, research initiatives, and collaboration with engineering teams to enhance the usability of pavement data.
Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of experience in asphalt pavement research, possess strong communication skills, and preferably hold an advanced degree. The position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 to $100,000 annually.

Location: Pavement Research Unit, FDOT State Materials Office, Gainesville, FL
Primary Purpose: Supports pavement performance research by collecting, analyzing, and reporting pavement materials and performance data. Applies analytical methods and research protocols to assist in experimental design, data management, and evaluation efforts that support quality and reliability of pavement research outcomes. Works collaboratively with research colleagues and senior technical staff to implement research initiatives and emerging tools that enhance value and usability of pavement data.
This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.
