The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking experienced Information Systems Security Professionals across the country to support information systems lifecycle activities.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead and train a team of Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) and Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs).
Interface with internal and external customers at all levels, and will be required to interpret and provide guidance on company and customer cybersecurity related governance documents.
Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems.
Implement the required government RMF policy (i.e. ICD 503, JSIG), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities.
Perform analyses to validate established security controls and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority.
Coordinate all associated Assessment and Authorization activities, which includes all RMF Body Of Evidence (BOE) documentation.
Ensure recurring cybersecurity SOW is completed to include auditing, configuration management, user training, POA&M updates, ConMon checklists, Self-Inspections, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of experience; OR a Master’s degree and 12 years of experience is required
Minimum 10 years of experience performing information systems security duties
A current DoD 8570 IAM Level I (or higher) security certification is required to be considered
Must be able to obtain a DoD 8570 IAM Level III Certification within 6 months of start date, as a condition of continued employment
Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret level security clearance, including SCI access eligibility
Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Polygraph as a condition of continued employment
Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as condition of continued employment
Knowledge of ACAS, NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, STIG, POA&Ms, NIST, JSIG, DAAPM, NISPOM, system audits, vulnerability scanning, and RMF package development
Familiarity and understanding with the NIST 800 family including NIST 800-37 and NIST 800-53
Familiarity with researching and evaluating CVE/CVSS to identify, assess, and manage risk from threats and vulnerabilities
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud environments
Familiarity with conducting and reviewing software static code analysis
Ability to stand up new cybersecurity requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, a CISSP, and 13 years of ISSO/ISSM experience in a classified environment
Extensive experience with JSIG, DCID 503, and ICD
Prior experience leading a team of ISSOs/ISSMs
Working knowledge of ACAS or NESSUS, SCAP, DISA STIGs, Splunk, NIST, and Zero Trust Architecture
Active Top Secret/SCI with a recent Polygraph [adjudicated within the last 5-years]

Salary Range: $157,500 - $236,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers.
