Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of Land Development Plans including drawings, specs, and reports.
• Coordinate permits through regulatory agencies for large-scale projects.
• Perform zoning interpretation and feasibility studies.
• Contribute to stormwater design and H&H modeling.
• Engage with regulatory agencies and manage client interfaces.
• Prepare proposals and track project budgets.
