Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of Land Development Plans from schematic design through construction.
• Coordinate permits through regulatory agencies for large-scale projects.
• Prepare feasibility studies, drawings, specifications, and reports for multi-modal site access.
• Prepare site grading plans including pedestrian access, parking, loading, and buffers.
• Contribute to stormwater management design and H&H modeling.
