ARA is seeking a staff civil engineer to work with the Illinois Department of Transportation in Springfield. The role involves developing specifications, evaluating research project benefits, and reviewing pavement design. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an Illinois PE license, and substantial experience in pavement engineering.
ARA is seeking an experienced staff civil engineer to support our work as a consultant to the Illinois Department of Transportation. This is a full-time position working on-site at the Illinois DOT in Springfield, IL.

Under the direction of the ARA project manager, you will perform tasks that may include, but not be limited to:
Occasional travel and outdoor work (field testing) may be required.
