• 10+ years of backend or backend-heavy experience with large services.
• Strong Python and service-oriented system design.
• Hands-on Celery and AMQP/RabbitMQ with operational debugging.
• PostgreSQL and Redis mastery with concurrency concepts.
• Cloud expertise across AWS & GCP and Terraform changes.
• Experience with CI/CD and secure, scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead RESTful API and async worker design for publishing, media processing, and reporting.
• Ensure reliability and performance of distributed systems and queues.
• Guide data integrations across PostgreSQL, Redis, and object storage.
• Contribute to Terraform/AWS changes and observability hooks.
• Raise observability with logging, metrics, and on-call alarms.
• Define testing strategy and ensure robust migrations.
• Collaborate across product, frontend, and infra teams.
