Qualifications

• Deep backend architecture experience in complex applications, services, or platforms.
• Experience modernizing a monolith toward modular architecture in production.
• Ability to balance customer outcomes with delivery speed and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-cutting backend initiatives that span teams and remove bottlenecks.
• Define and improve standards for APIs, testing, security, observability, and deploy practices.
• Mentor engineers, promote reusable patterns, and raise technical capability.
• Lead AI adoption in engineering workflows with guardrails and quality controls.
