Job summary

Alldus is partnering with a fast-growing Series B fintech scale-up hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to tackle high-throughput challenges at scale. You’ll join a nine-person team, working in TypeScript, Go and a little Rust on trade execution, on-chain data ingestion, portfolio tracking, and analytics pipelines.

Real autonomy with no silos—backend-focused, but you’ll touch the frontend when it makes sense—and a competitive package: base salary in the $220k–$400k range plus equity, full health

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and scaling software, ideally as a Staff Engineer.
• Backend skills in TypeScript or Go.
• React experience is a bonus.
• You appreciate a high bar, with teammates from high performance companies.

Responsibilities

• Trade execution and infrastructure.
• On-chain data ingestion and portfolio tracking.
• Recommendation engines for the social feed.
