You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver durable platform enhancements, handle customer-critical incidents, and shape the future of our AI-native security infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Reliability-first mindset with incident response skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot across large codebases and service boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Drive rapid response to customer-critical incidents across the Agent Platform.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement durable reliability improvements.
• Design, build, test, and operate large-scale distributed systems processing millions of events per second.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, observability, and operability.
