You will shape architecture for billing and communication services, drive cross-team delivery, and improve system cost, performance, and security while mentoring engineers and aligning stakeholders.

You will stay ahead on AI trends, applying insights to practical roadmap proposals and leading high-impact initiatives withRock-solid reliability and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading architecture for business-critical services balancing innovation with reliability.
• Expertise in event-driven and streaming architectures; reason about concurrency, ordering, and back-pressure under load.
• Track record of driving cost optimization, observability, and incident response.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator aligning stakeholders with clear design docs.
• Collaborative leader who mentors others and elevates engineering teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; break down complex problems and deliver value quickly.
• Empathetic and customer-focused balancing technical decisions with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the long-term architecture for key systems such as billing or communication services.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of features from proof of concept to production rollout.
• Establish and drive cost, performance, reliability, and security improvements.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching.
• Stay current on AI advances and translate insights into actionable roadmap proposals.
