Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science, computer engineering or related field and 4 years of software engineering experience, or 6 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering cloud-native, scalable platform capabilities and leading full SDLC activities.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities: coding, testing, deployment, observability, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture to ensure scalability and resilience across systems.
• Conduct system design reviews for feasibility and architectural alignment.
• Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate problems into technical requirements and measure outcomes.
