Horizon3 is a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company delivering NodeZero platform, enabling autonomous pentests across diverse environments. As a Staff Backend Engineer on the MSSP & TRPM team, you’ll provide technical leadership for multi-tenant capabilities and tenant isolation while guiding architecture and production quality.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering, mentor engineers, own production issues, and define secure data boundaries, API design, and reliability patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/CE.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading architecture for multi-tenant platforms.
• Strong data modeling, reliability, and security boundaries.
• Cloud-hosted services experience.

Responsabilités

• Set technical direction for multi-tenant platform services.
• Lead architecture for client and sub-client management.
• Define secure data boundaries and API patterns.
• Remain hands-on in complex work and guide decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align capabilities.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and documentation.
• Own production issues and drive reliability improvements.
