Zusammenfassung

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer on the MSSP & TRPM team to provide hands-on technical leadership for NodeZero capabilities across customer environments. You will shape architecture for multi-tenant workflows, tenant isolation, delegated administration, and asset management, guiding design choices and production quality.

You will work with Product and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable backend services, mentor engineers, and own complex production issues to strengthen service

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/CE or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering, backend systems and APIs.
• Led architecture or technical direction for multi-tenant or distributed systems.
• Strong data modeling, service reliability, and security boundaries.
• Experience building and operating cloud-hosted services with production ownership.

Aufgaben

• Set technical direction for partner and multi-tenant platform services.
• Lead architecture of client and sub-client management, asset allocation, partner admin.
• Define patterns for secure data boundaries, API design, reliability and observability.
• Remain hands-on in complex work and help decisions when tradeoffs arise.
• Partner with Product and engineering to align capabilities with partner needs.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.
• Own complex production issues and drive reliability improvements.
