Equitable Audit Services conducts independent audits and reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. We provide assurance and consulting services to help improve risk management, control, and governance processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in audit activities, including discussions with business partners, understanding risks and controls, developing audit plans, executing tests, documenting findings, and following up on remediation.
2. Support process improvement initiatives within the department.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000, with actual compensation based on experience and location. Additional performance-based incentives and benefits are offered.

Required experience includes 2+ years in auditing, preferably within insurance or banking sectors.
