Equitable Audit Services conducts audits to evaluate risk management, control, and governance processes, reporting directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Our team provides independent assurance and consulting services to help the organization achieve its objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assist in audit activities, including risk and control assessments, testing, documentation, and follow-up on remediation.
  2. Participate in process improvement initiatives within the department.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000, with actual compensation based on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Required qualifications:

  • 2+ years of auditing experience, preferably in insurance or banking.

Preferred qualities:

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, eager to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
