The position requires graduation from an accredited law school, bar admission, and the ability to obtain Illinois State Bar within one year.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited law school and successful completion of the Uniform Bar Examination or license to practice law in the United States.
Ability to obtain admittance to the Illinois State Bar within one year of acceptance.
Prior legal experience in ethics, criminal, or labor/employment law.
Experience writing legal briefs, preparing depositions, or serving as a judicial law clerk.

Responsibilities

Draft investigative summary reports and provide legal guidance on ethics violations, misconduct allegations, and related matters.
Collaborate with investigators to develop investigative strategies and conduct legal research.
Prepare subpoenas and other documents; communicate with other government agencies; handle confidential information.
