Federal Express Corporation is seeking an attorney to provide legal counsel to the corporation and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role includes participating in litigation and handling additional duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include a Juris Doctorate and bar admission, with a minimum of four years of experience in a relevant area of law. A hybrid work arrangement is available across Memphis, Pittsburgh, and Plano locations.
Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, local and/or international laws.
Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in jurisdiction outside the U.S.
Four (4) years of experience and demonstrated competency in relevant area of law specialization.
Superior academic record. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.
Commercial Transactional experience handling complex commercial transactions domestically and globally. Client communication and good problem solving skills. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence is considered a plus.

This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, and Plano, TX, and candidates must live withina 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
