FedEx Logistics seeks a seasoned paralegal to support the legal staff. The position involves researching legal issues, drafting and reviewing documents, and coordinating responses with internal departments and outside counsel.

Provide assistance to the legal staff through the exercise of professional skill and expertise.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Paralegal certification or 2 years paralegal experience (in addition to experience required below).
Five (5) years paralegal experience, or relevant business experience.
Advanced knowledge of Legal process and systems.
Advanced research, organization, human relations, communications and computer skills.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Hours may vary due to organizational need.
Some travel required.
Experience in a litigation environment and eDiscovery experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently also preferred.

This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA, and candidates must live withina 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
